We were pleasantly surprised by the upgraded room and the warm welcome from the staff. The suite on the top floor had multiple balconies with great views. The high-speed internet and large LG TV were a bonus. The comfortable and spacious bed, as well as the jacuzzi in the bathroom, added to the luxurious feel of the hotel. The new furniture and beautiful public areas were also impressive. The hotel provides excellent facilities and amenities for guests with disabilities.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

We loved staying at this hotel! Best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location in walking distance of almost everything in the centre of town, and the staff. The hotel had an excellent level of cleanliness and all facilities were great. Although there was no parking, it was easy to use transportation from this hotel to everywhere in the city. The hotel's location was in a perfect spot, close to downtown and the main eating areas so we never had to worry about finding somewhere to eat. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
No negatives from this place.

Amazing value for money! I was surprised by the size of the room, and the location was perfect - close to everything we wanted to see. The rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring. very impressed and would recommend!

The rooms were beautifully designed and very clean. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything. The breakfast buffet was amazing and filled me up for the whole day.
The internet was really bad, constantly disconnecting. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly.

We stayed in a nice neighborhood close to the city center, perfect for first-time visitors. The room had good lighting, and the bed was excellent, making it easy to get quality rest. One breakfast spot nearby offered delicious pastries.
The hotel was located in a rather uninteresting area with few things to do, mostly office buildings and expensive stores nearby.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, in a beautiful area that was close to all the attractions. The hospitality of the staff was wonderful, as they went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The high-speed WiFi and delicious breakfast made everything feel even more luxurious.
